• Develop and maintain process controls and metrics
• Manage onboarding, mentorship, and career development
• Write technical requirements for data transformation

📋 Requirements

• Substantial experience in data analysis and product management in finance
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects
• Ability to plan and manage multiple processes and projects simultaneously
• Technical skills in Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, or Databricks
