💼 About This Role

You'll own the voice of Juniper in our fastest-growing market, writing across everything from campaign concepts to in-app content. You'll work at the intersection of brand and performance, bringing creative ideas to life while ensuring clinically credible messaging. This role reports to our Creative Lead in Berlin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and own the tone of voice and glossary across product and brand
• Find hooks based on brand insights and develop into campaign concepts and scripts
• Support acquisition team across briefs: ads, landing pages, emails, articles, app, website
• Craft messaging and positioning for new products, campaigns, and features

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a German copywriter in agency, in-house, or freelance
• Mothertongue German and advanced English
• Deep expertise in creative development from concepts to execution
• Comfortable working autonomously and solving problems in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in healthcare or weight-management industry
• Track record of getting buy-in from stakeholders
• Familiarity with performance marketing and growth teams
