Description

You will drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis at a leading real estate technology company. You'll partner with leaders across departments to manage spend, track performance, and surface insights that shape strategic decisions as the business scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance at high-growth tech company or IB/Consulting
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
• Exceptional communicator distilling complex info into actionable insights
• Highly organized, self-directed, managing multiple projects in ambiguous environment
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance analytical workflows

Responsibilities

• Drive deeper Budget vs. Actuals analysis and forecast precision via data-driven modeling
• Support monthly forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and Board materials
• Build and own financial models and reports for revenue and cost drivers
• Serve as strategic business partner evaluating organizational tradeoffs
• Improve financial planning processes through automation and system improvements
