You'll own the full technical journey of customers from presales to ongoing operations, bridging voize and customer IT. Your core impact is ensuring a smooth experience and long-term success by validating infrastructure, configuring secure setups, and solving technical issues. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support pre-sales calls to assess infrastructure and guide evaluations
• Troubleshoot issues across systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces
• Support technical scaling of user bases and infrastructure changes
• Document setups and technical handoffs for smooth collaboration

📋 Requirements

• Expert Windows/Linux system administration and network configuration
• Solid experience with virtualization, Docker, web servers, and load balancing
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across APIs, browsers, infrastructure, and devices
• Proficiency in German (C2) and English (C1)
