💼 About This Role

You'll join Paddle's Customer Success team, managing a portfolio of 40 customers to drive adoption and revenue growth. You'll proactively guide customers post-launch, ensuring they realize value from Paddle's platform at scale. This role is key to our commercial team, focusing on retention and growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure **successful onboarding** of new customers through product knowledge.
• Guide customers on **best practices** for purchase journeys and retention flows.
• Monitor **customer health indicators** and usage data for risks and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **advocate for customer needs**.

📋 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in CS, Account Management, or Support.
• Excellent communication skills to explain product features simply.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to follow established processes.
• Data-informed using CRM tools to track customer health and trends.
