You'll join Teya's rapidly growing sales organisation as a field-based sales professional, building relationships with small, local businesses across Europe. Your core impact will be meeting customers face-to-face to understand their needs and win new business using value-led sales approaches. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage prospective customers in your territory through outreach and networking
  • Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs and challenges
  • Use value-led sales approaches to win new business and achieve targets
  • Share field insights to help improve products and customer experience

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
  • Confidence engaging with new people and building rapport
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
