As a Fashion Brand Manager at Coupang, you will lead strategic buying and vendor management for Rocket Delivery fashion, driving sales growth and market competitiveness through data-driven selection, supplier sourcing, and partnership development. You'll set category goals, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 12+ years of relevant experience in brand management, sales, or channel marketing at manufacturers, or buying/MD roles at retailers
• Proficient in data processing and analysis using Excel
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to set vision for goals and execute effectively

Responsibilities

• Source new suppliers and negotiate to maximize revenue and profitability
• Build high-hit-rate selections through continuous trend data collection and analysis
• Strengthen partnerships and discover high-potential new vendors to enhance market competitiveness
• Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly category reviews to track performance and devise plans for over-achievement
• Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to foster mutual growth
