You'll lead product quality for a high-growth defense tech company, architecting scalable quality systems and driving risk-based decision making across the product lifecycle. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead quality planning for NPI from concept to production ramp.
• Drive design assurance including DFMEA, PFMEA, and hazard analyses.
• Develop and execute product reliability strategies and test plans.
• Build scalable quality processes aligned with AS9100 requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or industrial).
• 8+ years of quality/manufacturing/engineering experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with AS9100 quality management standards.
• Strong proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in engineering.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma certification.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD testing standards.
