You'll join the infrastructure engineering team focused on physical repair and maintenance of server and network hardware. Your core impact is minimizing downtime through hands-on troubleshooting and component replacement. This role offers rotational shifts in a global IT environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on repairs of hardware components like power supplies and fans.
• Manage lifecycle of components from installation to decommissioning.
• Conduct physical inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Oversee inventory management of spare parts and hardware components.
• Document repair activities and maintain maintenance logs.

📋 Requirements

• Technical diploma or certification in electronics or computer hardware.
• Proven track record of repairing IT hardware in a data center environment.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and x86 servers.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.

• Experience with emergency response teams for urgent hardware issues.
• Knowledge of cable and port testing for connectivity.
• Background in setting up new hardware installations.
