You will act as the primary governance lead for outsourced payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end payroll for 2,700+ employees across multiple provinces
• Oversee outsourced payroll providers with SLA and KPI monitoring
• Serve as escalation point for complex payroll and benefits issues
• Manage statutory remittances, year-end reporting, and compliance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive full-cycle payroll experience
• Proven experience managing outsourced payroll providers with governance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and statutory remittances
• Experience with cross-border payroll (Canada/U.S.) and FX rate application

• Payroll certification (CPM, PCP, or equivalent)
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
• Leadership mindset with vendor influence skills
