You will own PandaDoc's full lifecycle campaigns function, leading a team to engage customers from prospect education through expansion. Your core impact will be driving an engaging, delightful journey for both self-serve and sales-assisted customers, using AI as a force multiplier to scale experimentation and personalization. You'll partner across Growth Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes.
π― What You'll Do
- Define and refine lifecycle campaign strategy across prospect, adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Lead and develop a team of Campaign Managers, each owning a distinct lifecycle stage.
- Oversee integrated campaign execution ensuring major campaigns land across the full lifecycle.
- Use AI and system building to scale experimentation velocity and team impact.
π Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B lifecycle or integrated campaigns marketing.
- 3+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Track record of building lifecycle programs that drive MQLs, pipeline, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience in a dual-motion B2B environment (self-serve and sales-assisted).
- Strong analytical instincts with ability to turn data into experimentation strategy.
