💼 About This Role

You'll assist students with diverse needs in accessing the general education curriculum through individual and small group support. You'll help maintain low student-teacher ratios and ensure individualized attention for success. You'll work in a forward-thinking charter school network guided by equity and personalization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one with students with mild/moderate behavioral or academic needs.
• Assist with instruction and supervision of students with learning differences.
• Monitor student progress and provide input for evaluation.
• Perform clerical support duties including note taking for students.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma/GED and Associate's degree (or higher) or equivalent coursework.
• Experience in a school/learning environment preferred.
• Experience with ABA strategies preferred.
• Experience with student medical needs preferred.
