💼 About This Role

You'll build the playbook for attracting and closing go-to-market talent as Console's first GTM recruiting hire. Working alongside the founding recruiter and directly with GTM leaders, you'll own the full lifecycle from sourcing through close across sales, marketing, growth, partnerships, and operations. Your hiring decisions will directly shape what these teams look like as we scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from pipeline to close
• Partner with hiring managers to define high standards for each role
• Source, engage, and close candidates directly
• Work with founding recruiter and GTM leaders to sharpen interview loops

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years full-cycle recruiting with GTM hiring at startups or high-growth companies
• Strong sourcer who can engage passive candidates
• Experience improving interview processes and evaluation frameworks
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
