You'll project manage system customisation for a client's first 2 months with the Goodlord platform, ensuring successful adoption. You'll drive value through high-impact calls and training, acting as the main point of contact and customer advocate. This role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in Sheffield city centre.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead platform training sessions for new users
• Track and manage key project milestones
• Guide customers through tech-led process transitions
• Use data to monitor customer health and satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Onboarding, Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
• Proactive operator comfortable with competing priorities
• Consultative communication skills for tough conversations
• Analytical skills using Salesforce or Gainsight
