You will be the face and voice of Opendoor, handling customer needs with integrity, empathy, and efficiency. Your role involves guiding customers through the home-buying/selling process, de-escalating tough interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • In-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; remote optional on Wednesdays
  • Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to de-escalate and solve problems efficiently
  • Coachable and adaptive to change

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and written communication with integrity and empathy
  • Guide customers through the Opendoor home-buying/selling process, resolving issues quickly
  • De-escalate tough customer interactions, gather details, and find communication pathways
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, agents, pricing, etc.) to resolve customer issues
  • Meet team performance goals consistently (adherence, productivity, CSAT)
