🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide front-line support for corporate technology and hardware
• Design and maintain corporate applications and systems
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Resolve escalated IT incidents and analyze root causes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience
• Experience with identity management (Okta, Azure)
• Experience with mobile device management (Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
• Experience with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian)

• Experience with scripting and APIs
