You'll own Google Ads UA campaigns for a social discovery app with 80M+ users, driving growth and ROI. Your core impact is scaling user acquisition while hitting target ROAS and CPA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns
• Generate and test hypotheses for audiences, formats, and creatives
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets and strategies
• Collaborate with creative and product teams on growth opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year in performance marketing (PPC / UA)
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
• Deep understanding of CPA, ROI, ROAS, ARPU, LTV
• Experience scaling campaigns without losing efficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tier-1 markets and LatAm
• Use of AI tools in daily work
• Experience with MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava)
