Description

You will establish and manage licensing and credentialing workflows for new providers, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards. You'll onboard providers, coordinate licensing processes, and serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years in licensing and credentialing
• Experience with providers, payors, and health systems (required)
• Experience using credentialing databases (Verifiable/Salesforce preferred)
• Experience submitting license applications for RNs, NPs, and MDs
• Experience onboarding providers to NCQA standards

Responsibilities

• Credential providers via primary source verification of licensure per NCQA and company standards
• Coordinate follow-up to ensure providers meet credentialing and onboarding timelines
• Investigate and resolve credentialing-related obstacles and issues
• Provide licensing and credentialing expertise to internal stakeholders
• Liaise between third-party vendors and Midi Health providers
