🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship production-grade AI agents for enterprise customers
• Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to build transformative agents
• Evolve Sierra's platform by surfacing unmet customer needs

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
• Comfort working directly with customers to solve real-world problems
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
• Previous roles interfacing with customers or leading external projects
