💼 About This Role

You'll build AI agents that drive revenue for sales teams at Nooks, an applied AI lab. Your agents will automate 90% of non-calling SDR work, iterating with customers until they see 5x meetings booked within a month. You'll own the full agent lifecycle from customer calls to shipping improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI agents that drive revenue end to end
• Automate account strategy, prospecting, outbound emails, LinkedIn DMs
• Calibrate trust with users and create clear evals
• Work directly with customers in shared Slack channels

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Production experience with AI agents
• High agency and comfort owning outcomes without a playbook
• Strong foundation in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a technical founder or founding engineer
• Background at a high-bar company like Applied Intuition, Scale, Airtable
