💼 About This Role
You'll drive strategic sales growth and manage enterprise accounts across the EMEA region, focusing on SaaS solutions for revenue management. You'll own the full sales cycle, from pipeline building to closing, while achieving annual ARR quotas. This role combines hunter and farmer responsibilities within a remote, multinational environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans for EMEA.
- Drive end-to-end sales process and align customer stakeholders.
- Build, manage, and drive pipeline to achieve ARR quotas.
- Partner with Customer Success to promote solution adoption.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software/SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record selling complex solution suites (e.g., ERP, Quote-to-Cash) in EMEA.
- Experience selling into Life Sciences/Pharma or Medtech.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
✨ Nice to Have
- Multi-lingual capabilities.
- Hunter experience selling to new logos with revenue $1B+.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies.
