💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer implementations end-to-end for the world's leading AI video platform, designing architectures that drive adoption. You'll work across Sales, Product, and Engineering to unlock value at scale and act as a trusted advisor to VP- and C-level audiences. This role blends strategic advisory and technical depth in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer implementations end-to-end ensuring adoption and scalability.
• Design architectures that map platform capabilities to high-value use cases.
• Partner with Sales on solution scoping, API demos, and deal strategy.
• Build proofs of concept to demonstrate feasibility and accelerate buy-in.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture or Technical Consulting within SaaS
• Hands-on experience with APIs, workflows, or integrations
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple workstreams
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills for technical and executive audiences
