  • Guide customers from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
  • Facilitate showroom visits, test drives, and vehicle selection.
  • Proactively move customers through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain clean, organized lot and accurate inventory tracking.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in-person and digitally.

  • Knowledge of CDJR products and automotive trends.
  • Experience with CRM or sales tools.
