Description

As the Team Lead for the Enterprise Systems squad, you will guide a cross-functional team building and maintaining the CMS and content generation tools that power BrainPOP's educational content at scale. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, people mentorship, and pioneering AI adoption to transform content creation processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role (Team Lead or similar).
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM solutions into production systems.
• Deep familiarity with AI concepts: prompt engineering, model evaluation, RAG architectures.
• Experience designing scalable, production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews.
• Own architectural decisions for CMS, content pipelines, and AI integration layers.
• Lead design and implementation of AI systems for scalable content production.
• Champion AI adoption and best practices across the engineering organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
