🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct field sales to identify and onboard SME merchants.
• Promote payment solutions like QR payments and POS terminals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME merchants.
• Handle end-to-end merchant onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor merchant performance and identify cross-selling opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of field sales or merchant acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

• Experience in fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of local dialect in assigned region.
