🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as point of contact for employee IT support requests
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across macOS and Windows
• Build, configure, and deploy laptops for new hires and replacements
• Manage identity and access in SaaS platforms like Okta and Google Workspace

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support or IT Specialist role
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack
• Foundational understanding of IT security principles and compliance
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
