💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the first point of contact for RCM clients, troubleshooting software and billing issues. You'll combine technical support and medical billing knowledge to ensure smooth operations. This role offers extensive training and a collaborative team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze customer service needs and respond to inbound calls and online cases
• Troubleshoot and research reported problems using knowledge base and team resources
• Complete basic rebill requests and direct inquiries to AR Specialists
• Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries every 72 hours

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of medical office or software support experience
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and 45-50 WPM typing
• Ability to work hybrid (2 days onsite) within assigned MT shift

• Basic medical billing knowledge with rebilling experience
• Experience with NetSuite or IOS
