You'll collaborate with AI and engineering teams to deliver intelligent analytics that help businesses understand customers at scale. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for VoC platform
• Collaborate with design, AI, and engineering teams
• Define KPIs and measure adoption and impact
• Work with customers to translate insights into priorities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Strong understanding of Voice of the Customer analytics
• Experience with AI/ML or data visualization products
• Proven ability to turn customer insights into product outcomes
