Requirements

• Calm and professional demeanor in piercing services
• Knowledge of initial piercings, allowable alloys, and aftercare
• Ability to maintain gold standard safety and hygiene
• Experience with needle piercing and gold/titanium jewelry
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee piercing customer journey from greeting to aftercare education
• Manage studio operations, inventory, and health/safety compliance
• Build strong local clientele and promote Mejuri's piercing services
• Train and uphold customer experience standards on the sales floor
• Collaborate with store manager on process improvements
