Description

As a Customer Success Associate at Qualio, you'll drive retention and growth by managing renewals, upselling, and improving customer adoption through proactive engagement. You'll collaborate with Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Sales to advocate for customers and expand our user base.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in customer-facing role managing B2B SaaS relationships
  • Proven expertise in driving win-win contract negotiations
  • Proven track record in expansion/sales oriented opportunities
  • Experience as trusted advisor to customers
  • Experience with Salesforce, Catalyst, GSuite (or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Be primary contact and advocate for assigned book of business
  • Improve customer engagement and adoption through proactive touchpoints
  • Develop and deliver win-win outcomes for customer renewals
  • Partner with Account Management to drive revenue from new feature adoption
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to advocate for customers and grow base
