Description

As a Lead Value Engineer at Celonis, you will drive data-driven business transformation for customers by identifying value opportunities, conducting proof-of-value projects, and building strategic roadmaps. You'll work with the Sales Team to ensure end-to-end customer success and adoption of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

Requirements

• Experience in analytical customer-facing role (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT/Management Consulting) with SaaS or consultancy
• Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g. SAP), RPA, BI Tools, dashboards, and Python/SQL
• Experience in process improvement and value realization
• Project management skills for multiple projects
• Executive stakeholder management and excellent communication in English

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame value opportunities from customer strategic priorities
• Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks
• Conduct value assessments and communicate opportunities to C-level executives
• Facilitate value workshops and identify process improvements
• Manage end-to-end customer value journey including adoption and expansion
