You'll bridge customer service, administrative coordination, and operational support to ensure service excellence. You'll maintain accurate asset inventories, coordinate check-in/out procedures, and reconcile vendor statements. This role offers a chance to work with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to procurement and lifecycle management.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate equipment and asset inventories with regular audits
  • Coordinate equipment check-in/check-out to prevent loss
  • Monitor inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes
  • Process and receipt purchase orders per company guidelines

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, operations, or admin support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft
