๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Oversee building systems, inspections, and emergency procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and capital improvement projects.
- Lead Community Operations team in client service and office setups.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate team performance and processes.
๐ Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred).
- At least 3 years of facilities or property management experience.
- 1-2 years of managerial experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
โจ Nice to Have
- Trade certifications or Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of MEP systems in commercial setting.
- Familiarity with work order systems and project management tools.
