  • Oversee building systems, inspections, and emergency procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and capital improvement projects.
  • Lead Community Operations team in client service and office setups.
  • Coach, develop, and evaluate team performance and processes.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of facilities or property management experience.
  • 1-2 years of managerial experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Trade certifications or Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems in commercial setting.
  • Familiarity with work order systems and project management tools.
