You'll join a passionate team at Backcountry, connecting people to their passions through premium outdoor gear. You'll perform assemblies and repairs on bikes, ski/snowboard equipment, and more while providing expert technical support to customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble and repair bikes, ski equipment, and outdoor gear.
• Perform quality assurance checks before customer delivery.
• Assist customers with technical support and product inquiries.
• Maintain shop organization and tool inventory.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of retail shop technician experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with outdoor gear.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
