Description

You will plan and execute core UX/CX deliverables such as heuristic audits, personas, customer journeys, and wireframes. You'll collaborate across disciplines in agile and waterfall processes, present to stakeholders, and mentor junior designers, all while working in a dynamic, globally-minded environment in Tokyo.

Requirements

• Compelling portfolio demonstrating outstanding UX design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Mastery of whiteboard and prototyping software such as Miro and Figma
• Proven experience in a Senior UX Design role (agency or in-house)
• Fluency in Japanese at N1 or native level

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across disciplines in agile and waterfall processes
• Present to business stakeholders to help them make informed decisions
• Keep on top of best practices and trends
• Lead and mentor mid/junior designers
