• Develop hiring strategies aligned with business and organizational plans

• Manage recruitment agencies and employer branding initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in-house or agency
• Experience managing multiple roles across functions and levels
• Experience in global hiring using Japanese and English
• Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle
