🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs
• Support assessment of learning needs with leaders and SMEs
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions across multiple formats
• Maintain training records and learning management system data

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Education, HR, or 2+ years of equivalent experience
• Experience supporting or delivering training in classroom, virtual, or blended environments
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to create clear, engaging, and structured training content

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and learning management systems
