You'll support the design, delivery, and improvement of training programs across a dynamic industrial environment. You'll help translate organizational needs into engaging learning experiences that drive workforce development and operational performance. This role combines instructional support with hands-on coordination of training across classroom, virtual, and on-the-job formats.
π― What You'll Do
- Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs
- Support assessment of learning needs with leaders and SMEs
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions across multiple formats
- Maintain training records and learning management system data
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Training & Development, Education, HR, or 2+ years of equivalent experience
- Experience supporting or delivering training in classroom, virtual, or blended environments
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to create clear, engaging, and structured training content

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and learning management systems
