Description

As part of our IT team, you will provide front-line technical support to employees both in-office and working from home. You will handle help desk calls, troubleshoot issues, manage hardware and software deployment and inventory, and consult with end-users on cellular device needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer, log, and troubleshoot help desk calls
• Procure, deploy, and inventory desktop hardware and software
• Ensure proper security levels for hardware and software
• Consult with end-users to identify cellular device needs and make recommendations
