💼 About This Role

You'll be the first Security Engineer at Delve, building security foundations from the ground up. You'll establish internal security controls and lead penetration testing efforts. This role offers a chance to shape security at a fast-growing AI-native company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain security controls across infrastructure
• Conduct penetration testing on applications and networks
• Manage security tooling like SIEM and endpoint protection
• Support customer security discussions during sales

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of security engineering experience
• Proven penetration testing experience across web and cloud
• Experience managing security contractors or external testers
• Strong background in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at early-stage startups
• Background in AI/ML security
• Relevant security certifications (OSCP, CISSP, etc.)
