🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise field audit activities and spot checks.
• Monitor implementation of compliance requirements like KYC.
• Support AML/CFT investigations and STR submissions.
• Prepare compliance reports for regulatory agencies.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk management or compliance.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Fluency in French and working knowledge of English.
• Experience in mobile money or financial services sector.
