You'll work with a team of onsite technicians supporting a VA EHR deployment project, managing inventory and network connectivity at training sites. Your work directly impacts healthcare system upgrades across multiple VA facilities. This role combines hardware deployment with customer service in a mission-critical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy, image, and set up PCs, laptops, and peripherals
• Manage inventory and network connectivity at training sites
• Unbox, install, configure, and remove equipment with limited supervision
• Perform system administration tasks and log data in system admin logs

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in imaging and installing computer equipment
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 pounds
• Must have personal transportation available during work hours
• Experience with hardware break-fix support for laptops, desktops, and printers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
• VA Public Trust clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop deployments
