You'll lead a team of BDRs to drive pipeline generation and rep performance at a customer experience platform. Your core impact is turning strategy into daily execution, coaching, and accountability. This role stands out for its focus on AI-native outbound strategies.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a team of 8-12 BDRs across inbound, outbound, and expansion segments
- Own team-level pipeline generation targets and SAL-to-qualified pipeline conversion
- Run weekly 1:1s, team meetings, daily standups, and pipeline reviews
- Coach reps via call listening, live feedback, and performance management
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of frontline sales management experience managing SDR/BDR teams in SaaS
- Proven track record of developing reps including promotions and quota attainment
- Proficient in Salesforce, building reports and dashboards
- Experience with Outreach.io or similar sales engagement platforms
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Nooks or similar parallel dialers
- AI-native operator who uses ChatGPT, Claude, and emerging AI platforms
