You'll develop and execute a revenue-driven social media strategy for a fast-growing startup, directly tying social activity to signups and pipeline. You'll collaborate with content, video, and influencer teams to create high-performing organic and paid content. You'll also manage a social media manager and handle founder-led content for the CEO.

🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing social media accounts with revenue impact track record
• Proficient in X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
• Familiar with social media planning tools (Buffer, Sprout, Sprinklr, etc.) and analytics (GA4)
• Excellent English fluency, able to operate in PST timezone

✨ Nice to Have

• Capable of directing or producing high-quality visual content with Canva or Photoshop
• Knowledgeable about business and entrepreneurship for US small business owners
• Opinionated about which platforms matter and willing to kill what isn't working
