💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's Birmingham rental facility to maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts using our T3 platform for diagnostics and work orders. You'll help transform the construction industry with cutting-edge technology and real-time support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Maintain accurate work order documentation
• Assist in training lower-level technicians

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with schematics/diagrams
• Must own tools applicable to position
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Field service or maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
