You'll create content for the JET Contact Center web app, serving Kyivstar's customers. You'll own the product's tone and voice, ensuring clarity for agents handling nearly a million subscribers monthly. Join a 600+ person hybrid IT company that values innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design content for user tasks like headlines, forms, and emails
• Simplify complex concepts into clear interface copy
• Research effectiveness and readability of interface texts
• Prepare release notes for product updates

📋 Requirements

• Ukrainian proficiency (native-level)
• 2+ years as a UX writer/content designer in product company
• Experience with analytics and usability tools
• Familiarity with CMS (any) and Figma or similar

• Knowledge of Scrum methodology
