💼 About This Role

You'll own and optimise SQL Server performance in a production ERP environment for Kogan.com, a pioneer of Australian eCommerce. You'll troubleshoot complex queries, design data access layers with C#, and resolve production issues across databases and APIs. You'll collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure reliable system operation and contribute to automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and optimise SQL Server performance across production ERP environment
• Design and improve data access layers using Entity Framework and C#
• Investigate and resolve production issues across databases, applications, and integrations
• Monitor system health across Windows Server and SQL Server

📋 Requirements

• Strong SQL Server expertise: queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning
• Hands-on C# experience in production environments
• Experience supporting data-heavy or business-critical systems, ideally in ERP, finance, or operations
• Proficiency using AI assisted development tools for coding, debugging, and testing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Entity Framework (EF)
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
• Windows Server administration fundamentals
