💼 About This Role

You'll join Varicent's R&D Operations team to ensure smooth cross-functional operations, from cloud cost controls to vendor management. Your core impact will be enabling engineering teams to focus on delivery by handling the operational backbone. This role offers exposure to multiple teams and real impact on product success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and update source files for weekly metrics reporting
• Monitor R&D cloud spend and coordinate with teams on overages
• Manage JIRA tickets for escalations from support and sales
• Coordinate translation projects between R&D and vendors

📋 Requirements

• 3-6+ years in operations, project coordination, or business analyst role
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
• JIRA proficiency for ticket tracking and project coordination
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, finance, and legal

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, IBM, or Azure) for cost monitoring
• Experience with Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent work management platforms
• Working understanding of basic database querying concepts
