🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze real-world business operations scenarios for labeling and annotation.
• Provide accurate solutions and detailed critiques of model responses.
• Use proprietary software to produce high-quality data inputs and labels.
• Interpret evolving instructions and execute tasks with precision.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of practical operations experience in business or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and trade-off decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with operations resources (SOPs, KPI dashboards).
