Description

You will lead the production of millions of Starlink consumer electronic devices, managing teams of technicians and assemblers while collaborating with manufacturing and design engineers to drive the transition from prototyping to full-scale production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics
• 1+ years of experience directly leading a team or project
• Lean manufacturing training and experience preferred
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and FMEA
• Experience with PCB manufacturing processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and steer collective efforts of electronics production associates
• Enforce area standards and run rules including bi-annual reviews and disciplinary action
• Prioritize work based on production schedule and organizational goals
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks
• Optimize product flow through the factory and improve area safety and efficiency
