You'll manage a team of field surveyors and drive day-to-day operations to meet SLA targets. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure resource planning and quality control.

• Manage team of Data Collection Driving Operations field resources
• Drive day-to-day operations following standard operating procedures
• Conduct periodic reviews with teams and Program Managers
• Provide Subject Matter Expert advice on regional issues

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a people manager and/or operations lead
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and establish measurable action plans
• Ability to travel as needed
